TIFF to PDF Converter
Turn TIFF (TIF) files into PDF in seconds. Everything happens on your device: nothing is uploaded, and there's no limit.
Your images are processed in this browser tab and never uploaded.
Why convert TIFF to PDF?
TIFF files are large and most websites and phones can't display them.
A PDF is the easiest way to send, print or upload images as a document, and it looks the same on every device.
What to expect
- Multi-page TIFFs: the first page is converted.
- Transparent areas show as white on the PDF page.
- Each image becomes one page. Several images can be combined into one PDF, with the page size fitted to the image, A4 or US Letter.
Scans to a PDF document
A PDF is what most offices, courts and portals expect when you send scanned documents. Each TIFF becomes a PDF page at its full resolution, and several TIFFs can be combined into one file.
Use “fit to image” to keep each scan at its original shape, or A4/US Letter if the PDF will be printed on standard paper.
Tips
- Large 300 DPI scans make large PDFs. If there is an upload limit, run the result through Compress PDF.
- The PDF contains images of the pages, so the text isn't searchable or selectable.
- Multi-page TIFFs convert their first page; split them first with your scanner software if you need every page.

About the formats
TIFF (Tagged Image File Format, 1986) is a high-quality format used in printing, scanning and professional photography. It stores images without quality loss and can hold several pages in one file. TIF and TIFF are the same format with a different file extension.
PDF (Portable Document Format, 1993) is the universal document format. A PDF looks the same on every device and printer, which makes it the safest way to send images as documents, forms or scans.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert TIFF to PDF?
Drop your TIFF files into the box above (or tap Select files), check the options, then press Convert. Each PDF downloads on its own, or you can download them all as one ZIP file.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser on your own device. Your TIFF files are never sent to a server, so they stay private, and it works even on a slow connection once the page has loaded.
Is there a limit on how many TIFF files I can convert?
No. Convert as many as you like, for free, without signing up. Very large batches are processed one after another so your browser stays responsive.
Can I put several TIFF images into one PDF?
Yes. Add all your images, keep “Combine into one PDF” switched on and they become one PDF with one page per image, in the order shown. You can choose page size: fit to image, A4 or US Letter.
Can I combine TIFF and JPG files into one PDF?
Yes. Add them all to the list; mixed formats become pages of the same PDF, in the order shown.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install.
