JPG to PDF Converter
Turn JPG (JPEG) files into PDF in seconds. Everything happens on your device: nothing is uploaded, and there's no limit.
Your images are processed in this browser tab and never uploaded.
Why convert JPG to PDF?
JPG has no transparency and loses a little quality each time it's re-saved.
A PDF is the easiest way to send, print or upload images as a document, and it looks the same on every device.
What to expect
- Each image becomes one page. Several images can be combined into one PDF, with the page size fitted to the image, A4 or US Letter.
Photos to a PDF for applications and forms
College admissions, visa and passport portals, employers and banks often ask for ID cards, certificates or receipts as a PDF. Add all the photos, keep “Combine into one PDF” on, and you get one document with a page per photo.
A4 page size suits most of the world; choose US Letter for the United States and Canada, or “fit to image” to avoid white margins.
Tips
- Crop each photo to the document's edges first so the page isn't mostly table or floor.
- Most portals cap uploads at 1 to 2 MB; use Compress PDF if the file is larger.
- Add the front and back of an ID card as two images to get them on consecutive pages.

About the formats
JPG (JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group), 1992) is the most widely used photo format in the world. It uses lossy compression that throws away detail the eye barely notices, which keeps photos small. JPG and JPEG are the same format: the shorter extension comes from old Windows versions that only allowed three letters.
PDF (Portable Document Format, 1993) is the universal document format. A PDF looks the same on every device and printer, which makes it the safest way to send images as documents, forms or scans.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert JPG to PDF?
Drop your JPG files into the box above (or tap Select files), check the options, then press Convert. Each PDF downloads on its own, or you can download them all as one ZIP file.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser on your own device. Your JPG files are never sent to a server, so they stay private, and it works even on a slow connection once the page has loaded.
Is there a limit on how many JPG files I can convert?
No. Convert as many as you like, for free, without signing up. Very large batches are processed one after another so your browser stays responsive.
Can I put several JPG images into one PDF?
Yes. Add all your images, keep “Combine into one PDF” switched on and they become one PDF with one page per image, in the order shown. You can choose page size: fit to image, A4 or US Letter.
Can I put two photos on one page?
Not in this tool: each image gets its own page. Combine them into one image first (for example with a collage app) if you need both on one page.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install.
